I have now had the privilege of working with Jessica twice - she helped us find and purchase our home, and then was our agent when we decided to sell our home. Quite simply, it is rare to find people (especially in real estate!) that are going to be honest, transparent, communicative, and caring all at the same time. Jessica and the folks at Cosmo are the exception and we feel so lucky that we got to work with them. From the initial conversation about listing our house, to the open house, to the closing, Jessica was meticulously prepared, made sure we understood everything about the process, and worked day and night to keep us up to speed (honestly, I was in Spain and she was calling me at 4AM NY time to give me updates on offers!). Jessica presented us with vast market research on our area when we were determining the listing price, then carefully walked us through each of the offers and explored the pros and cons. Eventually we received multiple offers significantly above asking - that would not have been possible without the hard work of Jessica and her team. Often in todays markets, people are all about speed, and the little details tend to get lost. Not with Jessica. Every small detail was tended to and done with such care that it made you feel like you were the only client she was working with (I'm sure all her clients feel that way). Jessica and the rest of the staff at Cosmo have something special going on. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
